We want you to love your Oh Polly look, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and the hygiene seal intact.

Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the generated shipping label or QR code provided by the portal.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
